| ★ Payment must be sent within 48 hours after your request is accepted. |
| ★ Full refunds are only for cancellations made before any work is done. Based on how much work I've completed, there will be a partial refund (typically 30-50%) |
| ★ Payment is through Vgen OR Ko-fi if I have not received a Vgen code by then |
| ★ After the first WIP, updates will be sent approx. once a week as progress continues. |
| ★ Requests to edit the piece will not be accepted after coloring/rendering has started. |
| ★ TAT spans between 1-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. |
